No early access key despite spending over $600+ since last year

I have this problem that despite buying the voidborne supporter pack ($480) since almost a year ago I got no early access key at all. Is it a bug caused by buying the pack little by little split from both steam and ggg page direcly?

I've been waiting for support help for over 8 days and I've got no answer at all. Help.
