Collision and Reinstancing on death
My girlfriend and I have played COOP since the release of early access, and we finally have gotten to the point where we want to make a forum thread about what's been bothering us. PLEASE, for the love of god, remove the collision between players in maps, make it like towns. The map design especially so in act 1 is NOT suited for more than one person, it is so frustrating getting caught and stuck on doors and hallways and getting our abilities body blocked. It's so confusing to me, like the map designers did not consider coop play at all.
Secondly, if we are going to have mobs that blow up or one shot you on death, can we not reinstance the entire map so that loot disappears when we die? It was pretty frustrating watching a pack drop an exalted orb and a legendary piece of gear amongst some other things, and dying randomly to an exploding mob but then respawning and the loot is just gone. I don't understand that design choice either, I'm a standard core player, why am I being punished so hard for dying? I don't mind respawning at a check point, or having to reclear mobs, but can we please keep the loot there? Last bumped on Dec 11, 2024, 10:46:52 PM
