Never a sweet spot
Hi guys
So, I want to address the current state of the game and the many nerfs already dished out. Words of wisdom, you will never hit a perfect sweet spot. Try not to nerf everything just yet unless it is bugged or insane. Every time you nerf something it makes something else better, correct? Then when it is decided that thing is a little too strong you nerf it too and on and on it goes. Yes, it is early access, and nothing is set in stone yet. BUT there is no reason to adjust everything this fast. Give the game that hasn't even been out for a week yet time to settle. We haven't seen how people will play the classes yet. Right now, it's all experimental. Let multiple good builds be made and tested before you deem something too strong and nerf it. Every nerfed ability was previously tested by you guys to equate for the difficulty of the game, especially the bosses. Now you nerf everything and the balance of difficulty shifts way too much in the opposite direction but is never addressed. That leads to people saying you hate the players and make the game to punish the players. I know you don't like hearing that and none of us do either. So, I implore you too please wait a little bit and let the game be fully stretched out before doing anymore nerfs. During that time, you should test it in house and make following changes to difficulty to compensate the nerfs. We want the game hard, as it was intended. What we don't want the game to be so hard or frustrating that you lose the players that you worked very hard for to try and keep in this game. Thank you Last bumped on Dec 11, 2024, 10:28:00 PM
