How do I contact support?
I've sent messages via the website and via email (support@grindinggear.com), but I haven't received any responses. For some reason, I have two accounts. I linked them, but my microtransactions are scattered across both accounts. One account has all of my PoE1 stuff, and that is the account I play with on PoE2 via Steam. The other account has my PoE2 twitch drops, support pack and closed beta rewards. I would like all of the stuff on that account transferred to my account that has all of my PoE1 stuff. If anyone knows if I can do this myself, or if there's another way to contact support so I get a response, please let me know. Thank you!3 Last bumped on Dec 11, 2024, 10:15:23 PM

Thanks for responding. Do you know if I can do this myself? or do I need to wait for support to respond? Also, my emails get bounced back as:
The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that time, your message will be delivered. So I don't know if they're being received via email.1 |
