GGG please keep your nerfing habit to the ground on PoE1

Energy generation from 100 down to 10!!!

I'm using monk meta ascendancy and the meta passives, the trigger only happens every third pack.

A class with specialization on meta skill couldn't trigger it.

Do you even have a guideline on nerfing?
