On the Trial of the Sekhema's Content

I'm writing to express my concerns about the Trial of the Sekhema in Path of Exile 2. While I've been enjoying the game overall and understand that early access games require balancing and bug fixes, this particular content has significantly detracted from my experience.

The Trial of the Sekhema feels out of place and poorly designed:

1. The countdown timer and the repetitive task of touching towers feel like a chore rather than an engaging challenge. This type of shallow and tedious gameplay undermines the immersive world that has been created.

2. I believe that challenging content can enhance a game, but it should also be rewarding and thematically appropriate. The Trial of the Sekhema, unfortunately, falls short in both respects. It feels like a generic, hastily put-together mini-game that doesn't align with the overall tone and atmosphere of POE2.

3. This content has ruined the magical universe in my eyes, suddenly making me feel like I was playing a demo made by an average high school student for a 'game development' homework.

I hope the developers will consider addressing these issues by either revising the Trial of the Sekhema content or replacing it with something that better fits the game's theme and mechanics.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely.

Yeah, gotta admit, I feel exactly the same. It has really sucked the desire to play out of me. Don't really care about playing a game I can't progress in.
+1 i agree. I made a post about this my self as well and im glad to see other ppl also giving this feedback. I do not expspect to see the old labyrinth again, but i can not imagine annything worse than Sekhema.

What about a boss rush or something else that's simple but stil need you to prove you are strong enough to deserve the ascendancy points?
Well, after Trial of Sekhema (which is Sanctum content from PoE1, just reskinned to fit with the Maraketh lore) you will get Trial of Chaos (which is Ultimatum content from PoE1, just retuned so they fit with PoE2 better).

That might be right up your alley.

But it's true that they need to actually make ASCENDANCY POINTS to not be locked by unpopular form of contents from PoE1 (Sanctum/Trial of Sekhema is the most popular one, but it's still frustrating a lot of players).
