Support gem capacity bug

PS5 player here. Sorcerer.

Everything was going fine. Had a fire and lightning spells. Flame wall and spark build.

I had conduction and pierce on the spark. Arcane tempo on firebolt.

Skills screen shows my support gem capacity as 1/3 STR 3/5 DEX and 5/9 INT

When I equip another DEX gem - namely scattershot to the firebolt my capacity increases to 4/5 DEX but it is removing Spark from my hotbar.

I have the stats for it so I don't know why.

Do you happen to remember if you had different DEX stats between weapon sets?

I'm having a similar issue where I picked up a +10 DEX Passive Skill for just Weapon Set II. It seems like the gem capacity is just using the lowest stat values from each set, but showing as if it was using the highest.
