Options not saving

When loading the game I have to reset my movement control scheme to WASD from point and click. As well as changing any other setting that I want audio, graphics etc.

I click save at the bottom of the menu and it will change and save them while I play. However, it will revert when I close down the game and load it up again.

I have the same problem
