Please make Tempest Bell targetable

I can't express enough how frustrating it is to drop my tempest bell only to not have it do anything because my character auto targeted enemies around me or behind me. My mouse cursor is on the bell and instead it chooses to continue my tempest rush combo on mobs around me instead of the bell. Would be a huge quality of life update.

Yes there were dozens of times I dropped Bell on the opposite side of where I want it to be after dodge rolling, and I'm confident to say it's not my aiming issue but a game or server issue. For now I force myself to wait half a second to drop Bell after rolling.

I believe my Bell dropping issue is similar to OP's issue as it seems the targeting logic is flawed.
