Hello Exiles! I'll start by saying I have 1,800 into PoE 1, so I know that I've barely scratched the surface, but it's also a decent chunk of time.
There's a lot of changes that I LOVE in PoE 2. The intentionality of combat and traversal, mixes well with that of the Skills/Skill Tree/Items. All of the classes and ascendancies look intriguing enough that I will play every one of them. Every boss fight is extremely well-designed, well done! I played from EA's launch and completed the very difficult campaign before the weekend was over. Now I'm making my way through end-game and stacking currency! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The list of things I'd love to see adjusted is short, but they're important. One portal per map is a bit harsh. There's always been a jump in difficulty when progressing from campaign to maps, but it would be fantastic if we could use all 6 portals, please. My only other idea for adjustment, is the way you Ascend. Sanctum and Ultimatum have always been difficult, but rewarding. The Honor system is a nightmare for any melee class. Please separate these from Ascension. I LOVED the Labyrinth system and I was beyond excited to see what Lab you cooked up this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for the excellent game, I can't wait to put thousands of hours in, but single death Maps, and Sanctum/Ultimatum being the Ascension system is extremely discouraging.
