POE 2 HARD freezes PC

The game hard freezes PC when I teleport using Portal`s or Waypoint or just going from an area to another, it start`s loading and after 2 seconds it freezes, I cant do anything just reset PC from button.
I doesn`t happen all the time, maybe after 30 or 40 minutes of play. PC specs: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100F 3.30 GHz Hyper X Furry 16,0 GB - 3200 Mhz Win 11 24h2 Solid State Drive (SSD) Kingston NV2 1TB, PCIe 4.0 NVMe, M.2 Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Well before the Win 11 update I had no problems, no hard freeze.
