Any clarification on act 3 bans?

Why are some people being unbanned the same day they get banned? I've been banned since monday morning, appealed 5 minutes after it happened and im still banned.. I don't understand at all, and any clarification on how you guys are answering ban appeals would be super helpful. Totally in the dark right now just waiting to be unbanned but doesnt seem to be coming for me.

Hey Vash,
I emailed shortly after the ban happened. And put in a ban appeal. I got a response from support telling me to wait for the ban appeal to be answered. |

Bump.. would love to actually play the game i paid for tonight please. 4 day ban for hitting level 40 is just insane.

I just dont understand how people are being unbanned before me when they were banned after me...

i dont understand how banning accounts not even a week into the game is a viable solution for reasons nobody even knows. obviously there is a problem with their system. plus the fact that we have to email and wait for whats looking to be weeks without confirmation that they even received an email is ridiculous

Yeah apparently it was a bug from poe1 too.. you would think it would be a high priority and not just telling people to email support then support tells you to wait. Frustrating.

Just got BANNED after arrive in ACT 3 - Machunarium. Looks like theres some ppl having same problem. Hope they can fix it.
