Trial of Chaos monsters stuck in wall

I am in the third room for the trial of chaos, when three spear wielding monsters are next to a wall not moving. I cant damage them either. So now I am stuck in the trial with no way of leaving, or completing the challenge to move onto the next room.

I'm also stuck, same room. No soul cores have spawn, some monsters up on top of a wall I cannot reach. No way forward and no way out (TP is disabled). Character is completely stuck.

Has happened to me three times now. Always after the third wave.

Keeps happening to me in the 3rd trial as well

same here thats frustrating, the mobs are stuck in wall in the 3rd waves of chaos, trial of chaos, +20 trial attempts....
