I can't see any information about the platforms of the key, I mean is it going to be Steam or Epic?

Also, is there a region lock? I live in Indonesia, and if I purchase the packs from this website, can I activate the key in my country?

I'm looking to get the Thaumaturge packs, which are not available on Steam. If I purchase it here, can I get the packs and activate them in the Indonesia region?
