[POE2] Side-Quest Completion Issues

Hello,
I'm finding that in Cruel Difficulty (PoE2), some quests just dont get completed / provide me with the appropriate rewards, if any. Cruel Act 1 Candlemass The Living Rite Candlemass still shows as incomplete, with a Skull and Plus icon still visible (not greyed out). I've killed them a few times now. Cruel Act 3 - Ignaduk, The Bog Witch Ignaduk still shows as incomplete, with a Skull and Plus icon still visible (not greyed out). I've killed them a few times now. I have a few icons that didn't turn grey after completion all in act three cruel. Rootredge, Ignagduk the bog witch, undamaged core and chaos statue. I do think I got the reward from all of them though

For me it's the Ignagduk also and Venom Draught in act3 cruel.

Similar issue here. created a completely new session and solo'd Ignaduk in act3 cruel, the quest is still appears as a coloured icon on my world map instead of being greyed out...
