What's with the broken create public party.

For farming in a group or killing a mini boss or big boss in a group we use the create public party starts by pressing 'J' for social screen, then Public Parties.

Has GGG said they are interested in fixing this?


Also, I've killed dozens of rare monsters in Act1/2 and only get blue drops and an uncut gem.

Can we get a rare drop for a rare monster or is that taboo?
