Not receiving purchased points in POE2

I am having a issue. Purchased points pack on Saturday,still haven't received. Emailing support has resulted in nothing more than a undeliverable response email after 2 days. What gives?

Me too, try to contract support but no response.
go to the Microtransaction Store in-game, and select the option to Buy Points. after a delay this this ought to sync your account and update your balance to reflect your purchases.
I did that and nothing happened. Not sure what to do.
