Farming cruel act 3 post story

I have got to the end of the story but my character is not currently capable of clearing maps. This is 100% my fault but there's some serious pain points related to this situation. My only real recourse is farming the last few zones of cruel act 3. Portaling out of any of those zones takes me to past ziggurat encampment, without the time portal. This hub zone has no vendors, no stash and no well, which means to reset I have to portal out, waypoint to another hub zone, do my inventory management and drink from the well, then waypoint back to the zone I'm farming (this is also 5 separate loading screens given I have to load the map screen each time).
another minor issue is that the bridge to the doryani fight goes away when the fight starts, but doesnt come back when the fight ends. so you lose access to the rest of the zone if you wanted to finish clearing it, which you do because every reset is 5 loading screens.
I might be wrong here but the viper fight doesn't seem to be repeatable, which is a bit of a shame cause it's a really cool fight.
Also not sure this was intended but you can walk back from present drowned city into present ziggurat encampment, and there's some voice lines you can only access by doing this that reveal properly what act 4 will be (doryani's dialogue at the end of the fight hints at this heavily, but the town voicelines make it very clear).

Just replying to be clear, I'm intending this post as feedback for the devs, not to complain to the community
