PoE2 - Possible UI Bug

Hey, yesterday my game crashed and ever since I logged back in yesterday,I cant click menu prompts like log out/log in,options etc.,but when opening the game clicking enter works fine to get into character selection,I also cant click respawn in town when I die for the same reason that menu prompts are not working,besides that,my character ingame does not respond to my mouse clicking movements with left click which is bound to just walk command,also I cant see hp bars on monsters at all.Does anyone have a fix for this or know what's causing it,because in this state I can't play the game at all.

EDIT:still not fixed after the version 0.1.1 patch
