Follow up for refund issue.

I posted this and sent e-mails to support team.
it passed around 2 days but still no response from team.
so I would like to ask you to proceed it please.





Hello, I recently started POE 2. it's really really good game. it's almost the best game in my life.

I purchased 2 skins 'Nightfall armor' and 'Wintercaller' skin.
I didn't think those skins has effect which make my eyes tired.
Because another skin which i got from support pack had no effect.



so I would like to ask you cancel those skins and refund please.




My eyes have some problem so it's getting tired with some effect.
I would like to ask you to consider it and proceed Refund.
(if you accept refund for those 2 skins both, it would be really great.
but if you only accept only 1 case, then I would like to ask you refund 'Nightfall Armor skin first, because it giving me more pain on my eyes'
