Skill Gem Drop Rates

Hello all. I wanted to express my concern with certain skill gem drop rates that I am experiencing and to see if anyone else has the same issues.

From level 41-46 I have not gotten a single tier 11 Skill Gem. I played for about 5ish hours and only even got tier 10s. I was killing monsters in 41+ zones too. I feel like this could be remedied by having shops contain one by chance too. Or a more limited supply.

It just feels bad when you want to use the new skills you have "access" too for 5 hours and can't.
