Not being able to reset password.

Hello, I'm playing PoE 2 via Steam account, and I don't know the password to login here. I pressed the Forgot Password button, but I don't receive any e-mail so I can choose a new password. The ID of the account that I need to reset the password is PEPEGAS#1827.
