Urgent: Unable to Access Trade Features and Account Review Issues in Path of Exile

I really don't understand what is happening with my account. I've contacted support, but they haven't helped me at all.

1. I cannot use the Trade feature on the website https://www.pathofexile.com/trade2/search/poe2/Standard. It shows the error "Invalid query: Your account is unable to use this feature."
2. When I try to trade in the game, it says "You cannot trade currency or unique items to other players until you have reached level 25 on at least one character on your account." This is impossible because I have worked very hard to level up two characters to level 25, and now I cannot request a refund from Steam.
3. When I try to set up my stash to list items for sale on the Trade website, it doesn’t work either. It says, "You cannot publicly list an item for sale until your account has been reviewed. This process can take up to 24 hours." However, it has been more than 1-2 days since the Trade market opened.
I really hope someone will help me. Right now, I am feeling very discouraged from playing this game because no one can help me, and the GGG support team has ignored me for more than 4 days without responding to my emails.

If this is not resolved soon, I may have to say goodbye to the money I spent and the lack of help I have received. As you know, one of the main features of this game is trading, but if I can’t trade anything at all, I will lose all interest in playing.
