Unable To Play The Game Getting Redicilous

I had the cheapest founderspack on steam then bought king Faridun to support developers which i atm regret and returned my older founders pack now i cant even play the game even after well over 48 hours after purchasing the pack. I can not even return cause i have played the game prior upgrading my pack so now I have paid and can not play for more than 2 days. I have mailed, made a forum post, pm'd support and there they have provided 0 solution and only told me on forum if transaction on steam was successful or not as if they were kidding. Man i really liked the game and wanted to help you guys more. I just wanna play the game i have paid for pls
