Accidentally purchased wrong MTX item..

Hi, I’m not sure if this is possible but I accidentally spent my MTX points on the wrong cosmetic item and it resulted in me using almost all my points.. I hope I can have have it removed and my points put back onto my account so I can get the right item.

I didn’t realize it was the wrong one until I put it on.

I sent an email to support with my account name and character name just not sure how long it may take to get a response.
