Weapon missing (Grants Skill) mod

I bought a chiming staff via trade and the "Grants Skill: Level # Sigil of Power" mod is not on it.
I tried buying a different chiming staff from another player and it too was missing that particular weapon mod. Last bumped on Dec 11, 2024, 6:39:10 AM
