Account Locked

Hello,

I'm writing here because I have tried emailing support and sending a message via a new account on the Path of Exile website. I'm basically just trying to access my main account since I purchased early access, but when I try to log in it says my account is locked with no options whatsoever. I have no idea why it got locked, last time I played was in 2022 and had no issues, but I would like to transfer my microtransactions over to PoE2.

I emailed support@grindinggear.com asking for help and the response I got was this:

We appreciate the support and if you have any other questions or queries feel free to reach out.

I'm not posting my account details in this post for obvious reasons, but how can I go about getting actual help to get my account unlocked?

you email them and then wait, and it could be a substantial wait as they are extremely busy atm.

Yeah, I did wait and I posted what they replied with, as if they did something, but they didn't do anything or give any advice. I've emailed them again and I've been waiting substantially longer than the first time they replied.
