Side quest rewards

This is just a suggestion as the reward was quite important for my character. I got a quality life flask as a reward from a side quest. But it had a bad mod on it removing my mana whenever I use my life flask and since there are no alterations in the game anymore I cannot re-roll the flask. My suggestion would be to either have rewards as white or have some kind of vendor recipe. I understand it's rng but if I'm getting a reward in the campaign which has quality I would like to use it.
