Overwhelming Presence visual effect is terrible

I legit thought that the black lines on monsters that Overwhelming Presence adds are a visual bug. Please reconsider the visual effect of the aura. As it is right now, I can't imagine myself turning it on against regular mobs, only vs bosses.

just got the skill, was really confused at first, thought it was an area buff to monsters or something. Turned out its the effect for this skill. Effect should be changed imo. Either tone it down considerably or change to some less visually draining.
theres already so much going on at the same time, this visual blurr on mobs isnt helping |

Hope the effect gets changed/removed. I would love to use this buff but I'm not willing to deal with this visual that hides every beautiful monster behind what looks like graphical glitches.

Agreed. Like many others I thought this was a visual bug. It has to be changed.

Another victim here, I actually stopped playing because I thought it's a bug that will be fixed in 0.1.1, please change it asap.

Its one of the most common complaints from POE1 You would think they would at least allow us to toggle all this crap off/
