Bought early access from Steam - 0 points awarded. Help

I've bought the early access from Steam but having 0 coins/points in the microtransaction shop till today.
Does anyone have the same issue? I wish to purchase extra tabs but am unable to do so.
I'm afraid to top up my account as this might cause more issues later.

Anyone knows what's going on??

I also tried to contact them through their email "support@grindinggear.com" but it's not going through as their email server is full.
