Will GGG send you back an auto-reply mail when you send a ticket?

I sent a ticket on December 6 because this account's registered email is no longer available and cant receive authentication mail from GGG, so I wanted to change it, However I have no responses from GGG yet.
I understand they have tons of mails in their support rn and you cant get a response soon,but I'm not sure if GGG received my mail.
As the title says, will GGG send you back an auto-reply mail?

No, I don't remember them ever sending an auto-reply. They are still backlogged so please be patient.
