Can't go to Act3 after beating Act2 boss in cruelty difficulty.

After beating Jamanra in Act2, I went back to the town but there is no dialogue to go to act3 from Asala, not like in the normal difficulty. I restarted the game but the issue still exists. Please look into the bug and fix it asap. Thanks.

Team up with someone who go to sandswept marsh, then teleport to that player. This helped me! gl
