Split the Earth passive not working?

Hello,
I have a feeling this master is not working or it's not included in dps section. I have aftershock change 40% visible (20 from gem, 20 from ascendancy), missing part is 10% from passive skill tree. Last bumped on Jan 2, 2025, 7:34:25 PM

The alt-text on the passive skill tree says that it doesn't affect any spells and it doesn't show up in the stats for Aftershock Chance %. |

Tested the node 100s of times myself with different strike skills. Couldn't see any of them aftershocking. Definitely seems bugged still.
