POE 2 game way harder today Dec10, then yesterday dec 9

logged in to play tonight with in a group of three and we got our ass kicked in act 1, last night I was cruising pretty good through act 2 with one of my in a group 2. now i can't even beat act 1 boss. What happened. I am burning through my mana like crazy, regular mobs are killing me no problem act 1. what the hell happened?
