Cannot End Game - Quest Bug

Finished the final quest in Act 3 Cruel - Talked to Doryani, now it says I cannot map because I haven't finished a quest. I cannot go back to the "End Game" map location and I am stuck.

It asked me to go back through the cruel portal again, I went back through hoping it would fix itself.
Sadly not, anyone from GGG can mark my character on the backend as Campaign completed so I can continue into end game? Or am I just hard locked? |

I am also experiencing the same issue. I completed act3 cruel, and when I'm in the hideout it won't let me do maps. It says I must finish the campaign to access the end game. I've tried logging out and back in. I have even fought the last boss again. I even went back to act one and walked through the portal to see if that would fix it, and nothing I have done has fixed the issue.

" As I understand, currently the last step of the campaign is running a map from the Ziggurat Refuge--which you can access via waypoint in the Act 3 Cruel map. Talking to Doryani afterwards might also be necessary? |
