Poe2 Trading and 0.x exalted orb??

I dont get it how i should buy those items with 0.x ex as price on the tradesite. If i am right there are no exalted shards ingame or is there some hidden mechanic to split exalted orbs into shards ? If its the currency exchange than make it avaiable earlier please.

You can click on "Bulk item exchange" on the 2nd tab on the trade site, then you select "Item i want" as exalt and you can see relation with others currencies.

Exemple: i can see that 1 Ex = 3 (or 4) chaos orb or 3 alchemy orb
So 0.3 exalt would be 1 chaos orb (or 2) or 1 alchemy orb
Just try to send a buy request and put this in the exchange.
Usually, the guy takes it
