"Please wait before sending another chat message."

This is cancer. Stop it.

I can understand having a few seconds so people can't spam, but
THE MESSAGE ITSELF COUNTS AS A MESSAGE so if you just try to send a message after getting a "wait" you're stuck with another "wait".
This is simply pointless and aggravating.
Please fix, GGG.
