Can not claim twitch drops no mater what i do

Im not sure who to talk to ive never had issues but I cant claim the poe 2 twitch rewards , ive unlinked and relinked many times its just failing to give them to me I keep getting "error occurred drop was not claimed"

I'm afraid the drop needs to be showing as claimed within your Twitch Inventory in order to redeem them on your Path of Exile account.
If you have claimed your drop, can you please visit your Twitch Redemptions page which should do a back-end check of your accounts. If this doesn't work can you reconnect your Twitch account on your Path of Exile Manage Account page? Also an issue with Twitch drops here, although the drops are claimed in Twitch and show up in the Twitch inventory. But they do not show up ones Twitch Redemptions page on Path of Exile 2. Contacted the GGG support over a week ago about it.

Twitch inventory shows claimed the Abyssal cape for weeks 2 of 3rd Edict rewards, twitch redemptions page shows cape is claimed however in game it is not there.
