Cursor and debuff icons

Could we get a cursor to move around on our screen? It would be nice to cursor around the screen to click on items or information.

Right now I can't tell what debuffs are happening in game. I see the icons but I don't know what they actually mean.

Could we get a consolidated list somewhere in game where we can see what debuff icons are and what they are doing.

if you pause the game and click right stick you can hover over buffs and debuffs
