Help with locked account

I emailed Saturday December 7th about my account. I purchased early access on this account but my wife accidently put it on her steam not knowing it wasn't the same. When she tried to link my account is already linked to this account. Then she tried to create a new one and it locked the account. Is it possible to put the access code on the right account?
I totally understand you guys are really busy but I just want to play the game and well I can't. Please help I just want to play!?!?! Last bumped on Nov 2, 2025, 4:02:07 PM
