Arc chaining bonus bug

It seems the more damage bonus for each remaining chain of Arc is not working properly (or at all). Chain support just halves the damage on bosses.

This behavior appears to be the same on my end almost as though the additional chains don't count towards the more damage per remaining chain.
Experiencing the same issue, damage is halved and bonus damage appears not to be taken into account when using arc + chain support (12 chains)
At 12 chains with no quality on Arc, one can do 27% more damage by simply taking chain out; this doesn't account for additional possible damage with a new support.

So it is going to be less damage, but whether the bonuses are working or not I couldn't say, but could setup a reasonable experiment against boss.
I did a quick test against the burrower in A1 cruel with a level 11 arc with controlled destruction added for no crits. Here were my test findings:

At level 11, arc chains 3 times with 10% more damage per chain.
With that we would expect:
- arc to get 30% more damage without chain
- arc with chain to get (3+1)x2 = 80% more damage from chains and 50% less from the chain support = 30% more damage

We would expect the damage to be equal with these two setups. However with the average damage 2311 vs 1325, this shows 57% less damage from equipping chain. This is a low sample size but I would assume that the chain bonus is not being calculated by arc.

I have level 21 arc with 5 chains plus support chain gem which increase it to 12 chains with 20% quality it should have 15% damage multiplayer per chain
As the result the single target value for arc with chain support should be ~33% more then without support gem.
But it just have 50% less damage
I can also confirm that the chaining bonus from additional chains is not working.
I can also attest to the 'increased damage per remaining chain' part of arc not working.

I multiplied the less against the base instead of together with other more multipliers, my bad. In your setup, chain support should be providing 7% more damage and its clearly not.
