Given key invalid/wrong/not in my reg

Hello. I was given a key from ggg and told to use it on a website. I have tryed the key on the playstation website and on the playstation store on my console... but it does not work.. one says wrong or invalid the other says can not be used in my region. I have sent a email with pictures to the support team about 5 days ago but had no reply.
