make UI more controller friendly/ fps issues.

the entire tab system is built for Mnk. it would be reasonable to allow us to play mnk on console if the UI is made for Mnk. ps5 has Mnk support. please consider doing this. i have a 120hz monitor for my ps5 on 1080p and im getting 30fps and screen tearing in the Act 2 moving town. better optimization visually needs to be done. outside of act 2 town, i experience very little tearing or fps issues. allow Mnk on console for those of us that dont have a $1500 computer yet want to experience poe2 on mnk
