Ascent to Power

Act 2 Running trial for ascent, got to the end and died but defeated boss.. locked up.. unable to do anything on controller (froze). Hard reset went back in and says "use Altar of Ascendancy to choose your Ascendacy" . Have to run trial again.. and Now when I fail.. everything freeze and no controller control, again (froze).. having to unplug controler and go back to log in screen.

Same thing happened to me as well
