Vine Arrow bugged

Confirmed, I just came to post the same thing.

Yep, doesn't slow at all. I notice whenever the mobs get maimed, but vine arrow just doesn't do anything.

Still bugged as of today January 9th.
I would consider this a priority because poison-based bow-users are currently lacking one of their main crowd-control tools. |
