they don't reply back ?

I sent posted already 2 times and sent e-mails to support team to ask them ,but no response at all. so I'm wondering if it's only me or not?

I really love this game. so It would be really good they help me to solve problem.

You're not alone, I've also send an email more then 3 days ago and no answer yet.
Same here, I think they're just flooded with emails right now. But it seems like they may not have an actual ticketing system based off of no auto reply to my emails.
ive worked in customer service. sites would lose contracts if they didnt reply within an hour. yet here you can go weeks with no reply. its time to start calling banks, and getting cards refunded
They will, This is a historic moment for GGG and clearly the turnout has exceeded their teams capacity to process all of our issues in a timely manner but i assure you they are going down the list trying to help everyone.

I got an email totally unrelated from the current issues from them not long ago which will at least assure some here that they are hacking their way through our issues and doing so in some measure of order.

It's very hard to deal with requests specially when you're a small team, don't forget they must've received thousands of requests and it takes time.

Hiring takes a while, and I'm sure they will increase the size of their team. You can't just put someone in there randomly, specially customer service skills most people lack of
