Assistance with Path of Exile 2 Early Access

Hello All,

I purchased the Path of Exile 2 Early Access version through Xbox. After checking the website, I can confirm that my purchase is listed, and I also received 300 points. I can access and play the game on Xbox without any issues.

However, when I download the Path of Exile 2 client and try to log in from my PC, it behaves as though I have not purchased the game.My All accounts are connected. Additionally, under the "Path of Exile 2 Early Access" section, it displays the message:
"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."

Since I already purchased the game and can currently play it on Xbox, I believe this might be a bug. Are there others experiencing this issue? How can I access the game from my PC using my Xbox account?

Can I get an answer pls i know you are very busy but my problem is simple, at least you can say we are working on it. I can't access....
It's been a week since I opened a support ticket, but I haven't received a response. I sent an email, no response. I posted on the forum, no response. I feel like I've been scammed. I'm just expecting a simple reply, but no one seems to care.
