Drop of Fps with Ice abilities in my game

Hello,

I'm experiencing issues with my game, where the frame rate drops significantly whenever I use any ice abilities. I play on my laptop, an MSI Pulse 16 AI CIV with an NVIDIA 4060 GPU.

I’ve tried everything I could find, such as optimizing performance settings on Windows, but the problem persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Update; Found a new ability that made the same issue, now it is lightning bolt

Update #2: The experience is going great (not really). Now in Red Vale, I had tons of drops, and after that, I encountered a crash in Grim Tangle. The crash caused my PC to stop responding completely. I'm not sure if I will continue playing if this keeps happening.

Update #3: The Executioner it is almost unplayable, when he jumps i have massive dropping of dps and i have to go with bad abilities because i cannot use lighting bolt, neither ice nova,

Please help me how to fix it, i am way too additted to stop
