transferring mtx and merging sub-accounts.

Hello all,
I'm hoping to be able to have GGG merge my three sub-accounts into a single account, as well as have them do a one-time transfer of my mtx I bought on playstation 5 onto PC. I bought the Faradun early access pack on PS5 which was 150 $CAD, but I no longer have access to the platform :( I have the standard early access for my PC so I'm still playing, but I'd really love to be able to use all that mtx on PC. I emailed support @ GGG but I haven't had a response, however I know they're incredibly busy. My question is do you think it is possible for them to transfer my stuff from PS5 to PC one-time?
