Refund for Korean User

Hello. I'm a Korean user who is new to your games and I mistakenly bought your early-access supporter pack for POE2.
I thought I would be able to play right after buying the game but apparently it seems like there is a different way to play your game in Korea.
So I want to get a refund and I am contacting through this community.

First I tried to contact your through 'support@grindinggear.com', but I am receiving emails that my contact has failed to reach you due to some technical difficulties.

I am sorry to bother you but please give me refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.

I'm afraid we aren't able to assist with account-related issues over the forums. Can you please try contacting us again at support@grindinggear.com so that we can look into this with you? We've recently resolved the issue with some of the technical difficulties we had with receiving certain emails.
I really wish support would give another answer than email 'support@grindinggear.com' when the emails are literally bouncing back :|. Feels like we're left out in the cold
